Thank you for your order and for your support of Gazelle Luxury!  We are very sorry you were not completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. 

Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange at the bottom of this page. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges. At this time we only offer returns for a refund for international customers (no exchanges).


  • Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery of the order

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Items can be subject to denial if they do not meet our standards

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse (Please note, once your return is processed, we are unable to further issue any additional refunds)

  • Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund

  • If we cannot fulfill your exchange request you will automatically be refunded (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory) 

  • If stock is not available for exchange request, we cannot send the original item back to the customer

  • We are only able to exchange a garment for the same style & same collection

  • To make changes to your return request or to cancel a return, please contact customer support

  • After a return is completed, please contact support to refund points used on the order. We’re happy to place those points back into your Loyalty account

  • If a purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will go to the gift card first

  • Refund may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

We stand behind our quality promise. If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please submit a comment (when prompted) in your return request via the portal link below. While we stand behind our quality promise, Gazelle Luxury is not responsible for issues due to external forces.

  • Stains of any kind

  • Excessive wrinkling

  • Detached size/wash & care tags (not price tags)

  • Animal/human hair

  • Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne

  • Any visible wear or damage

  • External forces (damage from animals, etc.)

  • All water bottle sales are final
